This can take the form of helping them resolve an issue, or a litigator can offer their clients advice on how to get a project off the ground.
This can include advising on how to navigate the laws surrounding the issue, or by helping them with the process of filling paperwork or reviewing contracts before they are approved. A litigator is highly educated with their education beginning with a bachelors degree. A litigator will then go through a law school program that usually lasts three years. They then need to pass a number of tests and register with the government in order to practice.
