Securus Customer Service Department gets nominated as the finalist, and this is in the Sales and Customer Service category for the Stevie Award 2017. This is the news that made so many people including me excited. There are many reasons behind this.
One is that only three finalists get nominated. What this is means that Securus has already become Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award winner for 2017. These Stevie Awards are prestigious awards since they are organizing seven of the leading business awards too. I would also like to inform that all these awards are at a global level. They include the prestigious International Business Awards along with the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. This is a great success for Securus Technologies and everyone who is associated with this company.
Everyone wants to know the final results. But I know that I have to wait for the gala banquet which is on Friday, February 24. The venue is the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is where the final winner will be announced. I am very excited about watching the other finalists who would be coming in from the U.S.A. besides the others who would be coming in from around the world.
This year there were an impressive 2,300 nominations coming in from all types of organizations belonging to any industry. The final evaluations were made after averaging out the scores given by 77 preliminary judges who come from around the world. There are 61 categories this year in the category of customer service and contact center achievements.
There are seven specialized committees that will be judging in order to decide who gets the Gold, Silver or the Bronze Stevie Award placements. This final judging is set to take place between January 23 and February 1, 2017.
Michael Gallagher is the President as well as the founder of the Stevie Awards. He has already stated that the stories of nominees this year have been highly gripping as well as inspiring. Hence it will not be easy to decide these placements. But Securus Technologies is already a winner!
